• Professional Services: Custom technical and development services including mobile app development, website development, and digital solutions.
• Earning & Referral Programs: Opportunities to promote products, work, and earn commission rewards.
• Educational Content: Access to online courses, video tutorials, and learning materials.

2. Unilateral Catalog & Service Modification Right

All tools, applications, courses, services, and pricing structures on 7unici are dynamic. 7unici reserves the absolute, unilateral right to add, modify, update, replace, suspend, or permanently remove any specific course, service, tool, feature, or price point at any time without prior notice. All present and future offerings automatically remain fully governed by these Terms.

3. Non-Refundable Payment Terms

All payments made for site passes, subscriptions, course access, or setup fees are 100% final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable under any circumstances once processed.

4. Legal Waiver & Dispute Resolution

By checking the mandatory agreement checkbox and completing a transaction, you acknowledge receiving full disclosure of all platform terms. You explicitly release and waive any right to file police complaints, FIRs, cybercrime reports, consumer court petitions, chargeback claims, or lawsuits against 7unici or its payment gateway partners (Razorpay).

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, subject exclusively to the competent courts of 7unici's operational jurisdiction.
