These Rules & Regulations outline the operational guidelines, billing mechanics, and user conduct rules for 7unici (7unici.com).

1. Mandatory 8th Date Recurring Autopay Rule

All active memberships, site passes, and course unlocks operate under an automated recurring subscription system processed via Razorpay Autopay.

• Autopay Billing Schedule: Regardless of when a user activates a plan, recurring payments are debited strictly on the 8th calendar day of every month (or annual cycle).
• First-Time Trial Rates: Promotional trial setup fees (₹1/₹2 for site plans; ₹3/₹4 for course passes) apply only to brand-new accounts/emails with no prior payment history.
• Re-Activation Rule: Accounts with existing payment history on Razorpay cannot claim trial rates. Re-activation requires paying the full plan price upfront.

2. Payment Failure & Access Revocation Rule

If an automated recurring payment fails, is canceled, or is not completed on the 8th date, platform and course access is automatically revoked, and the account is redirected to the payment page.

3. Chargeback Prohibition Rule

Initiating unauthorized bank chargebacks, payment reversal disputes, or fraudulent claims against legitimate recurring debits on the 8th is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.

4. User Conduct & Security Rule

Users must not attempt to bypass access security, share account credentials, reverse-engineer platform APIs, or engage in unauthorized data scraping.
